Four questions guided me through my examination of natural and artificial light's properties in architectural spaces: What does light look like when refracted or reflected through different surfaces? How can different mediums and brushworks impact the appearance of light-filled landscapes? How can different types of refracted or non refracted light, combined with different brushwork, impact the mood of interior architecture? Finally, how can previously unseen or unnoticed areas of interior spaces effectively communicate the feeling of that space?
