I aim to explore the relationship between organic and structural design through objects that synthesize both functionality and abstract form. My pieces place a heavy emphasis on architecture and minimalist design, and all of my work has been guided by two questions: How can I use organic methods to inspire structural form (and vice versa)? And, how can I integrate both abstraction and architectural design into the mediums of sculpture and metalworking?
