By embodying the life of another, I believe we can cut false barriers and unite those who seem different from us. I relate the stories I care about through film with a balance of documentary and narrative works. Photography and writing fill in the gaps of what can’t be told through film.
These stories allow you to jump with joy at the success of someone you never met; to cry at the pain from an event re-told from worlds away, or feel for a cause you never thought to consider. While the topics range widely and the style varies, at its heart, my work introduces people and stories that seek to create empathy.
